Deliveroo is seeking a Marketing Effectiveness Senior Manager to drive strategic marketing decisions using data-driven insights. You'll work with tools like Google Analytics and SQL to enhance marketing effectiveness. This role requires significant experience in marketing analytics and strategy.
You have 5+ years of experience in marketing effectiveness or analytics, with a strong understanding of how marketing activities influence customer behavior and business outcomes. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making allows you to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations that drive growth. You are skilled in using marketing mix models and measurement tools to inform strategic planning and campaign development. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to embed best practices in marketing effectiveness.
Experience with advanced analytics tools and methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with A/B testing and other experimental designs. You are passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and test-and-learn within marketing teams. Your strong communication skills enable you to present insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that data informs every marketing decision.
In this role, you will partner with marketing and planning teams to embed marketing effectiveness throughout the campaign development process. You will design and implement a Test & Learn framework that allows for continuous improvement in marketing strategies. By leveraging insights from marketing mix models and external studies, you will provide holistic recommendations that inform strategic marketing decisions. You will champion best practices in measurement and feedback loops, ensuring that every marketing initiative is data-driven and aligned with business objectives.
You will also collaborate with the Measurement Lead and Data Science teams to develop tools and processes that enhance marketing effectiveness. Your role will involve analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights that drive efficiency and growth. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of experimentation and learning within the marketing organization, encouraging teams to test new ideas and approaches.
