Who you are

You have a strong background in sales operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the intricacies of sales processes and have a knack for optimizing systems to enhance efficiency. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to derive actionable insights from data and contribute to strategic decision-making. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels. You are adaptable and open to learning, ready to embrace the challenges that come with scaling a successful sales organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in scaling systems, processes, and policies for the Deal Support organization. You will partner with leaders across Samsara’s go-to-market teams to design and implement business capabilities that support the sales organization. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations as you help the team navigate growth beyond $1 billion in revenue. You will analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the sales team has the tools and insights they need to succeed. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining sales reporting systems, providing regular updates to leadership on performance metrics. Your contributions will help shape the future of the sales organization, driving initiatives that enhance productivity and support long-term growth.
