What you'll do

As the Security Lead at Carvana, you will be responsible for overseeing the Safe and Secure Team, ensuring that all security measures are effectively implemented at headquarters. You will supervise the day-to-day activities of Safe & Secure Associates, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance. Your role will involve training team members on proper security protocols and continuously evaluating processes to enhance safety measures. You will act as a liaison between your team and other departments, ensuring that security concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. You will also participate in routine meetings with internal and external partners to discuss security initiatives and improvements. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of safety and security within the organization.
