As the second lawyer in the company, you are prepared to be a generalist and assist wherever most helpful, while also playing a key role in shaping the company's approach to legal matters.

You have a strong understanding of risk management and compliance processes, and you are comfortable operating at the intersection of legal, business, and operations. Your ability to manage risk while enabling commercial execution is crucial to your success in this role. What you'll do

In this role, you will support Curri's continued growth by strengthening their commercial contracting and compliance programs. You will partner closely with leaders across the company to manage risk and enable commercial execution. Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as developing and implementing compliance programs that align with the company's business objectives.

You will play a key part in shaping how Curri approaches commercial contracting and compliance, ensuring that legal processes are scalable and effective. As you collaborate with various departments, you will provide legal guidance on a wide range of issues, helping to navigate complex legal landscapes and mitigate potential risks.

Your role will also involve educating and training employees on compliance matters, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. You will work closely with the Chief Legal Officer to develop strategies that support the company's growth while ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
