You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the life sciences or biotech sectors, and understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this field. Your consultative sales approach allows you to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met with tailored solutions. You are adept at navigating complex decision-making structures within organizations, identifying key influencers, and aligning Causaly's offerings with client objectives. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with scientific liaisons, product managers, and marketing teams to execute account strategies effectively. Your ability to communicate complex scientific concepts in an accessible manner makes you a trusted partner for clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with top Biotech companies, ensuring that Causaly's footprint in the industry grows. You will manage the execution of commercial account strategies, collaborating with internal teams to develop customer-centric solutions that align with Causaly's product and customer access strategy. Your role will involve understanding the strategic goals of your assigned clients and mapping Causaly's impact through both current offerings and future potential. You will advocate for Causaly using a value-based, consultative sales approach, positioning the company as a trusted partner in their research workflows. You will also be accountable for maximizing business opportunities within your accounts, making informed decisions that protect and enhance Causaly's relationships with clients.
