Lightship is hiring a Production Technician to contribute to the assembly of all-electric recreational vehicles. You'll follow detailed work instructions and ensure safe operating principles in Broomfield, CO. This role is ideal for those eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

While prior experience in a production or manufacturing role is a plus, it is not a requirement. A background in mechanical assembly or familiarity with tools and equipment used in production settings would be beneficial. You are adaptable and ready to take on various tasks, from building equipment to setting up workstations.
As a Production Technician, you will be an integral part of the production team, reporting to the leader of your assigned area. Your primary responsibilities will include following detailed work instructions to assemble components of the battery-powered trailer. You will ensure that all equipment is operated safely and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Early in your role, you will focus on building out equipment and setting up workstations to facilitate efficient production processes.
You will work the day shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with two 15-minute breaks and a half-hour lunch. Your role may require occasional overtime, and you will be compensated accordingly. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to a safe and efficient production environment.
