SoFi is hiring an Investment Specialist II to assist members in building and improving their financial futures using SoFi’s investment services. You'll support members through various communication channels and educate them on investment options. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
You have a strong background in financial services and are passionate about helping individuals achieve their financial goals. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively support members over the phone, chat, and email. Your attention to detail ensures that you can monitor member accounts accurately and address any operational or technical issues that arise. You are comfortable working with various investment products, including margin, options, and equities, and you have a knack for educating others about these concepts. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to work with management and product teams to improve processes and platforms.
Experience in a customer-facing role within the financial services industry is a plus. Familiarity with custodial platforms and investment services will help you excel in this position. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement will set you apart.

In addition to direct member support, you will collaborate with management and product teams to identify areas for improvement in operational processes and technical platforms. Your insights will help enhance the overall member experience and contribute to the ongoing transformation of the financial services industry. You will assess members' financial situations and goals through one-on-one inbound calls, providing tailored advice and support.
