You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, and possess over three years of B2B sales experience in the food or technology sectors. Your high-level communication skills in both Korean and Japanese enable you to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You have a deep understanding of Japanese business etiquette and negotiation styles, which allows you to navigate complex discussions effectively. You are proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to manage your sales pipeline and track customer interactions. Your advanced presentation skills empower you to deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations that resonate with potential clients. You have a proven track record of achieving KPIs and possess a goal-oriented mindset that drives your success. Your entrepreneurial spirit and passion for growth and innovation make you a valuable asset to any team. You are adaptable and can thrive in ambiguous situations, demonstrating strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will identify and prioritize key food franchise chains, restaurant groups, and corporate partners within Japan to expand Coupang's market presence. You will build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, including franchise representatives and executives, to foster long-term partnerships. You will provide sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of the Rocket Now platform. Negotiating terms that emphasize long-term value will be a critical part of your responsibilities, as you work to finalize partnership agreements. Collaborating with other departments, you will optimize the onboarding process for franchises, ensuring a seamless integration into the platform. You will analyze competitors and market trends to adjust your go-to-market strategies effectively. Your role will also involve continuous engagement with existing partners to enhance their experience and drive mutual growth.
