Hims & Hers is seeking a Microbiology Manager to oversee sterility assurance and contamination control in their sterile pharmaceutical compounding facility. This role requires expertise in aseptic processing and compliance with regulatory standards.
You are an experienced microbiologist with a strong background in aseptic processing environments and cleanroom operations. Your attention to detail ensures that sterility assurance and contamination control programs are maintained effectively in a sterile pharmaceutical compounding facility. You have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, including 503A/503B regulations, USP <797>/<800>/<1116>, and cGMP standards. You thrive in environments where compliance and quality are paramount, and you are committed to delivering personalized care designed for results.
You possess excellent leadership skills, enabling you to manage and improve the facility’s Environmental Monitoring (EM) Program. Your ability to lead microbial investigations and act as a liaison with analytical laboratories is crucial for maintaining high standards of microbiological practices. You are adept at developing and implementing protocols that ensure all microbiological activities comply with industry regulations.
Your strong communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that microbiological concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with analytical laboratories, acting as the microbiology liaison to ensure that all microbiological testing is performed accurately and efficiently.
