Job Description
The Registration Hub Associate is the primary solution provider for new sellers on Amazon marketplace in Brazil. In addition to providing a remarkable Seller experience for Registration, Verification and Listing processes, the Seller Hub Associate is expected to address system issues, identify and implement process improvements, develop internal documentation and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements for phone, email and/or chat cases.
Key job responsibilities
- Provides prompt, efficient and high quality service to Amazon Leads and Sellers through email, phone, and chat;
- Demonstrates ownership of every Seller interaction to achieve successful first time resolution on all contacts
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures
- Maintains high performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance
- Specializes into Registration, Verification and Listing requirements and processes for Amazon Brazil.- 1+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree- Bilingual English/Portuguese with 90% proficiency in both languages
- College Degree or currently in last year of obtaining an undergraduate degree
