Cloudbeds is seeking a Manager, HRBP to serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders and support team members across Spain and the EMEA region. This role involves overseeing regional compliance and contributing to the global People strategy.
You have extensive experience in human resources, particularly in a strategic capacity, and you understand the nuances of HR business partnering within a global context. Your background includes a strong grasp of employment laws and compliance, especially in Spain and the broader EMEA region. You excel in building relationships with senior leadership and are adept at guiding organizational effectiveness and culture. You are a proactive communicator who can navigate complex team dynamics and foster a positive work environment. You are passionate about supporting team members and enhancing their experience within the organization. You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working closely with various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
Experience in the hospitality industry or with technology companies is a plus. Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems will be beneficial. You have a track record of implementing HR initiatives that drive engagement and performance. Your ability to analyze data and metrics to inform HR strategies will set you apart.
