You are passionate about supporting team members and enhancing their experience within the organization. You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working closely with various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition and People Operations.

Desirable

Experience in the hospitality industry or with technology companies is a plus. Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems will be beneficial. You have a track record of implementing HR initiatives that drive engagement and performance. Your ability to analyze data and metrics to inform HR strategies will set you apart.

What you'll do

As the Manager, HRBP, you will be a key strategic partner to senior leaders, providing insights and guidance on HR matters that impact the business. You will oversee compliance with Spain’s labor laws and ensure that all contractor and employment practices align with regional regulations. Your role will involve shaping organizational effectiveness by collaborating with HRBPs and senior leadership to enhance leadership capabilities and team member relations. You will contribute to the global People strategy by implementing initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement. You will work closely with various teams, including People Ops and Talent Acquisition, to ensure alignment on HR initiatives and support the overall business objectives. Your insights will help shape the future of the organization as you guide the HR function in a rapidly evolving environment.
