Product & Release Enablement Manager

Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in product release and enablement. You understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration and have successfully managed product launches in the past. You are comfortable working with various teams, including Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure that product releases are well-coordinated and meet the needs of both internal teams and customers. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for ensuring that all aspects of a product release are executed flawlessly.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey information and updates to stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about driving product success and are committed to continuous improvement, always looking for ways to enhance the release process and post-release adoption.

Desirable

Experience in the software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with employee communications or workplace technology. You may have a background in marketing or sales, which would further enhance your ability to understand customer needs and market dynamics. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances will serve you well in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that product releases are executed smoothly and effectively. You will work closely with the Employee Comms Product Management team to coordinate all aspects of product launches, from planning to execution. This includes developing release readiness plans, creating training materials for internal teams, and ensuring that customers are well-informed about new features and updates.

You will also monitor post-release adoption and gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement. Your insights will help shape future product releases and enhance the overall customer experience. You will collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of new features to customers.

Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and communication within the organization. By building strong relationships with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals. Your ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics will be essential in driving successful product outcomes.
