Dataiku is seeking a Senior Partner Manager for Korea to drive growth and expand their partner ecosystem. You'll focus on building relationships with resellers and system integrators to enhance market coverage. This role requires strong sales and partnership development skills.
You have a proven track record in partner management, with at least 5 years of experience in sales or business development roles, particularly in the technology sector. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners is key to your success, and you understand the nuances of working with resellers and system integrators. You are results-driven and have a knack for exceeding revenue goals through strategic planning and execution.
Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to engage effectively with partners and internal stakeholders alike. You are comfortable presenting to executives and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure alignment and drive results. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
You possess a deep understanding of the AI landscape and can articulate the value of Dataiku's platform to potential partners. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess market opportunities and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them. You are proactive in identifying challenges and opportunities within the partner ecosystem, and you take initiative to drive improvements.
Experience in the AI or analytics space is a plus, as is familiarity with partner enablement strategies. You may have a background in marketing or technical sales, which would enhance your ability to support partners in their go-to-market efforts. A network of contacts within the Korean tech industry would be beneficial, as would fluency in both Korean and English.
In this role, you will report directly to the Area Vice President of APJ Partnerships and play a crucial role in driving Dataiku's growth in Korea. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner territory plan that encompasses various partner types and routes to market. Your primary focus will be on engaging with resellers and key system integrators to expand Dataiku's market coverage.
You will work closely with partners to build a pipeline of opportunities, applying business governance layers to ensure effective collaboration. Regular partnership cadences and Executive Touchpoints will be part of your routine, as you strive to exceed partner revenue goals through sourced, influenced, and pipeline generation.
Your role will also involve overseeing the development and delivery of joint marketing campaigns, ensuring that partners are equipped with the necessary sales and technical skills to succeed. You will implement a structured enablement approach to drive partner success, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and innovation.
