Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Gateway team to own the core Firewall offering within Cloudflare One. This role requires strong technical expertise and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a strong technical background that allows you to engage deeply with engineering teams. You are empathetic and understand the importance of user experience in product development. You thrive in collaborative environments and can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are committed to continuous learning and personal development, and you value diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Experience with SASE/SSE solutions or cybersecurity products would be a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes is also beneficial. You have a track record of successfully launching products and driving user engagement.
In this role, you will lead the product strategy for Cloudflare's Firewall offering, ensuring it aligns with the overall vision of Cloudflare One. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on user feedback and market trends. You will conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points, translating these insights into actionable product enhancements. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and analyzing product performance to inform future iterations.
You will participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering high-impact features. You will work with cross-functional teams to coordinate go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches. Additionally, you will mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product management culture at Cloudflare.
