Carvana is seeking an Experienced Paintless Dent Repair Technician to join their team in Tooele, UT. You'll utilize advanced glue-pulling techniques and repair various types of dents on vehicle panels. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience, showcasing your expertise in the field. Your skills include advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, and the ability to repair creases and body lines on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the business's needs, including working mandatory overtime when required. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair would be beneficial. Experience with high-tech tools and equipment in automotive repair settings is a plus, as is a strong understanding of vehicle bodywork and repair processes.
As an Experienced Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for using your skills to repair various types of dents on vehicles, ensuring that they meet the high standards of quality that Carvana is known for. You will utilize advanced techniques to perform repairs efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction by delivering vehicles in excellent condition. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, using state-of-the-art tools to carry out your repairs. Your role may also involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality outcomes. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in automotive repair.
