Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered designs that drive engagement and satisfaction. You are proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, and you have a solid understanding of user research methodologies. Your experience includes designing for complex systems and ensuring that user experiences are seamless across multiple platforms. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring your designs to life. You are outcome-driven, focusing on how your designs can help users achieve their goals effectively and efficiently. You are also familiar with AI-driven design principles, leveraging data to inform your design decisions and enhance user experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end design process for customer journeys, from initial discovery through to activation and retention. You will lead design projects that span multiple products and surfaces, ensuring a cohesive experience for users. Your work will involve collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user needs and translate them into actionable design solutions. You will conduct user research to gather insights that inform your design decisions, and you will iterate on your designs based on user feedback and testing. You will also be responsible for creating design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency across the customer journey. As part of the Customer Journey UX team, you will contribute to high-impact initiatives that shape how millions of customers interact with HubSpot.
