Overview

Tanium is seeking a Program Manager for their Analyst Relations team to oversee project management and coordination of analyst evaluations. This role requires strong program management skills and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience in project management, particularly in managing analyst relations programs. You have a strong ability to translate analyst requirements into actionable internal plans, ensuring high-quality deliverables that enhance market presence. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product marketing, communications, sales, legal, and executive stakeholders to manage timelines and evidence collection. Your process-driven approach allows you to scale operations effectively while minimizing risks associated with analyst evaluations.

Desirable

Experience in managing analyst evaluations such as Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave is a plus. Familiarity with Autonomous IT and its market dynamics will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and can work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with in-person attendance at the office.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the day-to-day project management for the Analyst Relations program, translating AR strategy into executable plans and detailed timelines. You will lead the coordination of analyst evaluations and RFIs, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end process of analyst briefings, RFI/RFP submissions, and post-evaluation follow-ups. You will track deliverables and ensure that all activities align with the overall AR strategy, contributing to Tanium's positioning in the market.

You will collaborate with various teams to gather necessary evidence and insights for submissions, ensuring that all materials meet the required standards. Your role will also involve monitoring the progress of evaluations and making adjustments as needed to stay on track. You will be responsible for reporting on the outcomes of evaluations and providing insights for future improvements in the AR program.

What we offer

Tanium offers a flexible work environment with options for hybrid work arrangements. You will have access to comprehensive benefits, including health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match. We prioritize employee well-being and provide various insurance options, including life, accident, and disability coverage. Join us to be part of a team that values collaboration and innovation in the field of Autonomous IT.
