Staff Back-end Engineer - Capacity and Performance Engineering

Who you are

You have a strong background in backend engineering with a proven track record of developing and operating web applications using Java and the Spring Framework. Your experience includes working with microservices architecture and designing large-scale system architectures that can handle significant traffic and data loads. You possess a deep understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS and GCP, which you have utilized to enhance system performance and reliability. You are familiar with open-source technologies and have a broad experience in software development and system engineering, allowing you to tackle complex challenges effectively. Your knowledge of Agile software development methodologies enables you to work efficiently in fast-paced environments, and you are comfortable with large-scale data processing and migration tasks. A master's degree in a computer science-related field is a plus, but your hands-on experience is what truly sets you apart.
