We're searching for a Sr. Program Manager to join our dynamic team with proven program leadership experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional, and technology projects and programs.
This role requires, establishing frameworks for delivery capacity planning driven by demand forecasting. The role requires implementation of analytics to predict patterns, including holiday peaks, and develop flexible strategies for scaling operations up or down as needed. The program aims to optimize resource utilization, costs, and improve service levels.

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- MBA, or Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field- 3+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
