Who you are

You have extensive experience in marketing operations, ideally with a focus on enterprise sales-led and product-led growth motions. Your background includes optimizing systems, data, and processes to ensure clean data and efficient handoffs. You understand the importance of measurable impact from first touch through expansion, and you thrive in a strategic role that balances rigor with speed in a complex go-to-market environment.

You are a strategic operator who can lead the marketing technology stack effectively. Your ability to partner closely with Sales Ops, RevOps, Product, and Analytics teams is crucial for success in this role. You have a strong grasp of automation and AI applications, which you leverage to improve prioritization, decision-making, and execution at scale.

You are comfortable with designing scalable funnel and handoff processes, and you have a proven track record of owning and optimizing the end-to-end lead, account, and PQL lifecycle. Your experience includes scoring, routing, enrichment, and progression across multiple go-to-market models. You are detail-oriented and understand the nuances of marketing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

Experience with various marketing automation platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics tools. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies that can enhance marketing operations. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and shared goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the systems and processes that power Klaviyo's marketing operations. You will design and scale operations to support both enterprise sales-led and product-led growth strategies. Your responsibilities will include ensuring clean data and efficient handoffs between teams, which is essential for maximizing the impact of marketing efforts.

You will lead the marketing technology stack, making strategic decisions about tools and platforms that best serve the company's needs. Collaborating closely with Sales Ops and RevOps, you will create scalable funnel and handoff processes that support multiple go-to-market models. Your expertise in automation and AI will be instrumental in improving decision-making and execution across the marketing team.
