Malt is seeking a Head of Global Account Management to lead a high-performing team in the UK. You'll orchestrate complex enterprise deals and coach Global Account Managers to ensure revenue retention and growth. This role requires strong leadership and strategic skills.

You have extensive experience in account management, ideally within a global context, and have successfully led teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets. You understand the intricacies of managing multi-country enterprise deals and have a proven track record of navigating complex organizational structures. You are passionate about coaching and developing talent, ensuring that your team is equipped to excel in their roles and drive exceptional results.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at building strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, positioning your team as a trusted partner to clients. Desirable

Experience in the freelance or gig economy is a plus, as is familiarity with tech-powered platforms. What you'll do

As the Head of Global Account Management, you will be responsible for scaling and leading a high-performing team in the UK. You will orchestrate complex, multi-country enterprise deals, ensuring that Malt becomes the strategic partner for the world’s largest organizations. Your mission is to coach and develop a team of Global Account Managers (GAMs) and National Account Managers (NAMs) to ensure exceptional revenue retention, renewal success, and aggressive growth across multinational accounts. You will work closely with other departments to align strategies and drive overall company success.

You will set clear objectives and performance metrics for your team, regularly reviewing progress and providing constructive feedback. Your role will involve collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure that the services offered meet the evolving needs of clients. You will also represent Malt at industry events and conferences, showcasing the company’s vision and capabilities to potential clients and partners.
