What you'll do

As a Lead Engineer at MongoDB, you will play a pivotal role in the Atlas Clusters Organization, leading a team dedicated to building and enhancing MongoDB Atlas. You will contribute to the design and architecture of systems that interface with major cloud providers, ensuring that our database as a service offering remains secure and performant. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap and drive the development of new features.

You will lead your team in developing solutions for cluster networking, data encryption, and database authentication, enabling mission-critical applications for a diverse range of customers. Your role will involve mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also engage with customers and support engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
