Squarespace is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Acuity Messaging & CRM team, focusing on communication tools for appointment-based businesses. You'll be responsible for developing a strategic roadmap for client messaging products across email and SMS.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in B2B2C product design and platform ownership. You understand the importance of client communication in appointment-based businesses and have a track record of delivering impactful products that enhance customer relationships. You are skilled in defining and executing strategic roadmaps, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your decisions and drive product success. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve both your products and your processes.
In this role, you will define and execute a strategic roadmap for Acuity’s client messaging products, focusing on email and SMS communications. You will partner closely with engineering teams to ensure that the messaging infrastructure is scalable, compliant, and resilient. You will lead the development of features that enhance client communication, such as reminders, notifications, and lifecycle messaging, ensuring that these tools are intuitive for businesses to use. You will also be responsible for stewarding the underlying platform that supports these communications, ensuring reliability and security. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback, which will inform product enhancements and new features. You will analyze user data to understand how clients interact with messaging tools and identify opportunities for improvement. You will report to the Senior Group Product Manager and contribute to the overall strategy of the Acuity Scheduling team.
