What you'll do

In this role, you will provide off-site project and technical support to field data technicians performing overnight installations. You will interpret floor plans and verify the locations of cameras and devices to ensure installations are completed accurately. Managing documentation is a critical part of your responsibilities, as is serving as a real-time support resource for technicians. You will also be responsible for managing project bids and forecasting resources and timelines, ensuring that projects stay on track and within budget. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle will be key to your success. You will collaborate closely with field technicians and other team members to drive project success and ensure high-quality outcomes.
