Wachter is seeking a Project Support Specialist to provide off-site project and technical support for overnight installations of network devices and camera systems. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
You have a strong background in project management, with experience in overseeing project bids, forecasting resources, and maintaining customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to interpret floor plans and verify camera and device locations is essential for success in this role. You are organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that all documentation is managed effectively. Communication is one of your key strengths, allowing you to serve as a real-time support resource for field technicians during installations. In this role, you will provide off-site project and technical support to field data technicians performing overnight installations.
