We are seeking a highly motivated and insightful Creative Recruiter to own the full lifecycle of recruitment for our agency.
You are not just filling roles; you are a curator of talent, responsible for finding and attracting the unique individuals who will define the future of our creative work. You understand the nuances between a good designer and a great one, and you know how to sell the magic of agency life to the best in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process for a variety of creative and strategic roles, including but not limited to: Graphic Designers, Art Directors, Copywriters, UX/UI Designers, Creative Directors, Strategists, and Project Managers.

  • Talent Sourcing & Pipelining: Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active creative talent using innovative sourcing strategies.

  • Candidate Assessment: Expertly review portfolios and creative work, assessing not just technical skill but also conceptual thinking, aesthetic alignment, and creative problem-solving.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with department heads, Creative Directors, and hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, project requirements, and team culture.

  • Candidate Experience: Create an exceptional and engaging candidate journey from first contact to final offer, ensuring every candidate feels valued and gains a true sense of our agency culture.

  • Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador for our agency. You will craft compelling job descriptions and communication that authentically reflects our creative voice and mission.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve on creative industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to leadership.

    Our Hiring Process and Compensation:The hiring process for this position typically follows three stages; phone screen, hiring manager, and Executive calls.
