You are an experienced leader in architectural engineering with a proven track record of driving innovation and fostering team development. You thrive in environments where collaboration and individual growth are prioritized, and you understand the importance of creating a culture where every voice is heard. Your expertise in integrating complex systems and platforms positions you to enhance customer journeys effectively.
Experience with AI and data-driven decision-making is a plus, as is familiarity with ERP and CRM systems. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of architectural engineering in a fast-evolving technological landscape.
