You have a solid background in sales engineering, ideally with experience in cybersecurity or related fields. You understand the importance of technical expertise in sales and are passionate about helping customers improve their security posture. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. You are proactive and enjoy problem-solving, always looking for ways to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales success.

What you'll do

As a Sales Engineer II at Huntress, you will partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process. You will assist in demonstrating the value of our cybersecurity products to potential customers, ensuring they understand how our solutions can meet their needs. You will engage with customers to assess their current security posture and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their defenses against cyber threats. You will collaborate with product teams to stay updated on the latest features and improvements, ensuring you can effectively communicate these to customers. You will also participate in training sessions to continuously improve your technical knowledge and sales skills, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
