AvePoint is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to ensure smooth operations within their global partner ecosystem. You'll support resellers and distributors by resolving technical issues and optimizing workflows. This role requires strong operational skills and a focus on revenue growth.
You have experience in sales operations or a related field, with a strong understanding of partner ecosystems and operational efficiency. You are adept at resolving technical and process-related issues, ensuring that partners receive the support they need to thrive. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to act as the primary technical point of contact for partners and foster strong relationships. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of optimizing workflows to drive operational excellence and contribute to revenue growth. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to fostering a culture of belonging and diversity within the workplace.
Experience working with managed service providers or value-added resellers is a plus. Familiarity with data security, governance, and resilience solutions will help you understand the context of AvePoint's offerings.
