Vixxo is seeking a Service Provider Specialist to manage vendor relations and support various departments. You'll utilize skills in Microsoft Office and CRM systems while ensuring compliance and onboarding of service providers.
You have 1–3 years of experience in the service industry, customer support, or telemarketing, and you possess strong organizational skills that allow you to manage multiple tasks effectively. You are a problem solver who asks the right questions to uncover root causes and quickly iterate toward effective solutions. As a people person, you excel at understanding and supporting others, ensuring a customer-focused approach in all interactions. You are a self-starter who challenges the status quo and is motivated to drive continuous improvement in your work environment.
In this role, you will oversee new provider setup, which includes data entry, training, and document collection. You will maintain accurate provider network data and monitor compliance by managing critical documents. Your responsibilities will also include preparing and delivering communications regarding system changes, enhancements, and policy updates. You will address provider inquiries and resolve issues related to performance, billing, payments, and technology. Additionally, you will support Service Provider Managers with reporting, administrative, clerical, and technical tasks, and manage help desk operations, shared inboxes, and provider portal functionality.
