Amazon is seeking a Delivery Practice Manager to lead the ProServe Shared Delivery Team in London. You'll manage a team of Delivery Consultants and engage with AWS enterprise customers to drive transformative projects. This role requires a strong background in IT or Management Consulting.

You have extensive experience in IT and/or Management Consulting, ideally with a focus on delivery management. Your background equips you to serve as a strategic advisor to customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring successful project outcomes. You possess strong leadership skills, having managed teams effectively while fostering a culture of growth and development. You understand the importance of building trust with clients and are adept at identifying their needs to deliver tailored solutions. Your ability to engage with C-level executives and governing boards demonstrates your strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are committed to exceeding customer satisfaction targets and driving business development initiatives through thought leadership.

What you'll do

As a Delivery Practice Manager, you will lead a team of ProServe Delivery Consultants, guiding them in their interactions with AWS enterprise customers. You will be responsible for opportunity capture and driving engagement delivery, ensuring that your team is aligned with customer needs. You will work closely with partner teams to architect and implement innovative solutions, leveraging AWS Professional Services offerings. Your role will involve creating proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) that clearly define business outcomes for customers. You will also implement tailored people development plans to optimize team performance and ensure that your team has the necessary skills to achieve the best results. Regular engagement with customers will be a key part of your role, as you strive to build long-lasting relationships and deliver exceptional service.
