Carvana is hiring an Automotive Painter for their 2nd shift team. You'll be responsible for matching and mixing paint colors to paint vehicles using water-based paint. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience and are skilled in matching and mixing paint colors. You are familiar with using water-based paint and have experience working in a high-tech environment. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the business's needs, including working mandatory overtime when required.
You understand the importance of using state-of-the-art tools and equipment in your work and are eager to contribute to a fast-paced team. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your craftsmanship, ensuring that every vehicle you paint meets high standards of quality. You are also open to learning and growing within the company, taking advantage of training programs offered to enhance your skills.
As an Automotive Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for painting vehicles inside our paint booths, ensuring that each vehicle is finished to perfection. You will match and mix paint colors to achieve the desired results, utilizing your expertise to create a flawless finish. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that production goals are met and that vehicles are delivered to customers on time.
You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in automotive painting. Your role will involve using advanced tools and techniques to achieve high-quality results, and you will be encouraged to share your insights and suggestions for process improvements with your team.
