You are familiar with using water-based paint and have experience working in a high-tech environment. You understand the importance of using state-of-the-art tools and equipment in your work and are eager to contribute to a fast-paced team. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your craftsmanship, ensuring that every vehicle you paint meets high standards of quality. What you'll do

As an Automotive Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for painting vehicles inside our paint booths, ensuring that each vehicle is finished to perfection. You will match and mix paint colors to achieve the desired results, utilizing your expertise to create a flawless finish. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that production goals are met and that vehicles are delivered to customers on time.

You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in automotive painting. Your role will involve using advanced tools and techniques to achieve high-quality results, and you will be encouraged to share your insights and suggestions for process improvements with your team.
