What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the quality of global sourcing products, utilizing systems to build data that supports effective inventory management. You will develop and implement strategies to ensure that the right stock levels are maintained, aligning with customer demand and business goals. Your responsibilities will include leading discussions with suppliers to negotiate terms and ensure product quality, as well as collaborating with finance and operations teams to enhance communication and scalability.

You will monitor forecasting and inventory management systems, developing processes and controls to continuously improve existing capabilities. Extracting insights from inventory data will be a key part of your role, as you create effective tools and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders. You will also work on improving order processes and quality management to support logistics growth and optimal stock management.

Additionally, you will establish short, medium, and long-term strategies for inventory management, creating execution plans that exceed targets and engage stakeholders in the process. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of Coupang's retail global business, ensuring that customer experiences are world-class.
