Senior Product Manager - JFrog Security

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the software security or DevSecOps domain. Your background includes a proven ability to own the full cycle of product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring that customer needs are met at every stage. You possess strong project management skills, adept at navigating complex processes across multiple teams, and you excel in communication, particularly in English, to effectively collaborate with global teams.

Your experience includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining product strategy, and working closely with engineering teams to deliver products that provide exceptional user experiences. You are comfortable influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority, demonstrating your ability to lead and inspire others towards a common goal. An engineering or application security background is a significant advantage, as it allows you to understand the technical aspects of the products you manage.

Desirable

While not mandatory, familiarity with software supply chain security and the ability to conduct competitive analysis will set you apart. You are someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working with diverse teams, including product analysts, UX/UI designers, and product marketing professionals.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at JFrog, you will take ownership of the product throughout its lifecycle. This includes conducting client validation and discovery with R&D, writing specifications, launching products, and monitoring their performance post-launch. You will work closely with engineering and QA teams to prioritize features and justify their development based on customer feedback and market needs.

Your role will also involve collaborating with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. You will be responsible for defining success metrics for your products and using data-driven insights to inform your decisions. You will lead product roadmaps and coordinate go-to-market strategies, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.
