Who you are

You have 3-5 years of experience in a target-driven sales position, ideally within a complex sales environment. Your fluency in both German and English allows you to communicate effectively with clients in the DACH region. You understand the nuances of digital transformation and change management, enabling you to act as a trusted advisor to your customers. You are skilled in developing and managing business plans and have a proven track record of acquiring new leads through inbound and outbound strategies.

You are comfortable engaging with C-level executives and department heads, conducting qualification conversations that lead to successful business closures. Your ability to collaborate with marketing and IT teams enhances your effectiveness in developing HubSpot's sales strategies around new features and products. You thrive in a role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and you are motivated by achieving monthly quotas and driving customer success.

Desirable

Experience in managing a monthly sales quota and a strong understanding of CRM platforms will set you apart. You are familiar with conducting online and on-site product demonstrations, showcasing your ability to engage potential clients effectively. What you'll do

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at HubSpot, you will work directly with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them grow by leveraging HubSpot's CRM platform. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans tailored to your region, ensuring that you meet and exceed your sales targets.

You will conduct qualification conversations with C-level executives and department heads, effectively communicating the value of HubSpot's solutions. Closing new business deals and renewals will be a key part of your role, as you work to achieve your monthly sales quota. You will also be responsible for conducting online and on-site demonstrations of HubSpot's products, showcasing their capabilities to potential clients.
