Snowflake is seeking a Senior Data Architect to provide technical leadership in designing and architecting the Snowflake Cloud Data Platform. You'll work closely with sales teams and customers to demonstrate the platform's capabilities. This role requires expertise in multi-cloud data architecture.
You have extensive experience in data architecture, particularly in multi-cloud environments, and are comfortable presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences. Your background includes working directly with sales teams to understand customer needs and strategize on effective solutions. You thrive in collaborative settings and are passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success. You have a strong understanding of data ingestion, transformation, and lakehouse workloads, and can articulate the value of these processes to stakeholders.
Experience with Snowflake's Cloud Data Platform is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise data architecture best practices. You are adept at navigating sales cycles and can provide compelling demonstrations that highlight the capabilities of the technology. Your ability to engage with both executives and technical teams makes you a valuable asset in any discussion about data strategy.
In this role, you will apply your expertise in data architecture to present Snowflake's technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at strategic prospects, customers, and partners. You will work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate the value of Snowflake technology throughout the sales cycle, ensuring that their needs are met and that they understand how to leverage the platform effectively. You will also support enterprise Proof of Concepts, helping to close business by showcasing the capabilities of the Snowflake Cloud Data Platform.
You will collaborate closely with the sales team, providing technical leadership and guidance throughout the sales process. Your role will involve strategizing on how to navigate winning sales cycles and providing value-based demonstrations that resonate with potential customers. You will be responsible for highlighting best practices and reference architectures that showcase Snowflake’s Data Platform capabilities.
