You are detail-oriented and have a passion for improving pet health through innovative solutions.

Desirable

Experience in a direct-to-consumer business model or knowledge of the pet food industry would be beneficial. Familiarity with subscription services and personalized pet care solutions is a plus. You are adaptable and open to learning about the unique challenges and opportunities within the pet health landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and develop The Farmers Dog's interactions with veterinary professionals, ensuring they receive the support and information they need to provide the best care for their patients. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Experience team to create a seamless experience for veterinary professionals, addressing their questions and concerns effectively. Your expertise will guide veterinary professionals through the services offered by The Farmers Dog, enhancing their understanding and engagement with our products.

You will also be responsible for developing educational materials and resources that support veterinary professionals in their practice. This may include creating content that explains the benefits of our personalized dog food and how it can improve pet health. You will work on initiatives that promote awareness of The Farmers Dog within the veterinary community, helping to establish our brand as a trusted partner in pet care.
