What you'll do

As a Transportation Representative at Amazon, you will play a critical role in the Transportation Operation Center (TOC), overseeing the execution of transportation operations across the supply chain network. You will ensure that freight is picked up from vendors and delivered to fulfillment centers on schedule, addressing any issues that arise during the process. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving exceptions and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the transportation lifecycle.

You will monitor network performance and analyze data to identify trends in exceptions, working to automate processes and propose changes that streamline operations. Your insights will directly impact Amazon's ability to serve customers efficiently and effectively. You will collaborate with various teams, including vendors, carriers, and fulfillment centers, to facilitate smooth operations and maintain strong relationships.
