You have 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong background in leveraging data to inform product development and strategy. Your expertise in machine learning and data analysis allows you to identify impactful opportunities and drive AI initiatives effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Product Engineers and Data Engineers to build scalable data foundations that support AI/ML capabilities.
You have a proven track record of conducting exploratory analyses and designing experiments that yield valuable insights into user workflows and engagement patterns. Your experience in startups or building 0→1 products gives you a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities in developing innovative solutions. You are comfortable prioritizing tasks and focusing on what matters most to drive success in your area of ownership.
Experience in SaaS product development and growth analytics is a plus, as it aligns with Dropbox's mission to enhance user experience through data-driven insights.
