IT Asset Manager (End User Service)

Who you are

You have extensive experience in IT asset management, particularly in leading programs that align with ITIL and ISO 19770 standards. You are results-driven and possess strong analytical skills that enable you to make data-driven decisions. Your ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, global e-commerce environment is essential. You have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM modules and understand the importance of data accuracy and process automation in asset management. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for cost optimization and improving asset utilization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and implement Coupang's global IT asset management framework, ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will define asset lifecycle processes and align them with the configuration management database (CMDB) and change management practices. You will take ownership of the ServiceNow ITAM module, maintaining data accuracy and automating workflows to enhance efficiency. Collaborating with IT engineering, service desk, and platform teams, you will integrate ITAM processes across the organization. You will prepare and present executive reports on asset utilization, inventory accuracy, and compliance status, leveraging your analytical skills to support decision-making. Additionally, you will lead internal and external audits related to IT asset inventory and process compliance, ensuring that licensing and contract obligations are met.
