As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation, utilizing your sales skills to build relationships and close deals. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to excel in your role. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings projected to be around $90,000 in your first year and between $104,000 and $122,000 in your second year.
