Overview

Samsara is hiring a Mid Market Account Executive to drive sales and bring IoT solutions to mid-sized customers. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. You'll work remotely from New York.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and are comfortable engaging with mid-sized customers. You excel in building relationships and have experience managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively with executives and CXOs is a key strength, allowing you to articulate the value of IoT solutions clearly. You are results-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of remote work while maintaining a high level of productivity.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Samsara's IoT solutions to mid-sized customers. You will engage with potential clients, conducting product demonstrations and managing trials to showcase the benefits of our technology. Your sales efforts will involve negotiating pricing and terms, ensuring that you meet the diverse needs of your clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers. Additionally, you will track your sales activities and report on progress to management, using data to inform your strategies and improve your approach.
