InterSystems is seeking a Controller to manage financial operations in the DACH region. You'll ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance while collaborating with the leadership team. This role requires fluency in German and English, along with a background in accounting.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting for our German and Swiss branches, ensuring compliance with the company's Code of Practice. You will implement and maintain internal control procedures related to all financial matters within these branches. Tracking monthly results in collaboration with respective managers will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will providing timely information to tax advisors to address compliance questions. Your goal will be to minimize redundancy and achieve savings without compromising the quality of the financial information produced.
