Overview

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Implementation Partner to lead the onboarding and launch of new customers on the SevenRooms platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and long-term growth. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and experience in customer-facing positions.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success or implementation roles, ideally within the technology or hospitality sectors. Your experience includes leading onboarding processes and managing relationships with multi-location or enterprise clients. You thrive in customer-facing environments and enjoy problem-solving, helping businesses adopt new technology effectively. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing cross-functional partners to tailor implementation strategies that meet unique business needs. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients and internal teams alike. You are adaptable and flexible, willing to travel as needed for in-person engagements to ensure successful implementations.

Desirable

Experience with the SevenRooms platform or similar hospitality technology solutions would be a plus. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies can enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in mentoring peers and contributing to process improvements will be beneficial as you help scale best practices within the team.

What you'll do

As a Senior Implementation Partner at DoorDash, you will lead the onboarding and launch of new customers on the SevenRooms platform, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation. You will own the end-to-end implementation process, serving as a trusted advisor to clients from the initial engagement through to successful go-live and early adoption phases. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to facilitate a strong handoff and ensure that clients are set up for success. You will be responsible for tailoring implementation strategies to meet the unique needs of each customer, leveraging your expertise to drive successful adoption of the platform. Additionally, you will mentor peers and contribute to process improvements, helping to scale best practices as the business grows. Your ability to operate with autonomy and influence cross-functional partners will be key to your success in this role.
