Together AI is seeking an HR Operations Partner to enhance their People Operations infrastructure. You'll manage HR systems, support immigration processes, and drive HR initiatives. This role requires 5+ years of experience in HR Operations.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations, ideally within a high-growth startup environment. Your strong HRIS experience is essential, as you will be responsible for maintaining and administering the HRIS (HiBob) to ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems. You thrive in a detail-oriented role that requires precision and logic, and you take pride in building reliable processes that work seamlessly across multiple platforms and countries.

Your background includes managing employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, changes, and offboarding with a high degree of precision. You are comfortable partnering closely with Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure that systems are correctly integrated and that data flows cleanly between platforms. You possess strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to troubleshoot discrepancies across systems and proactively resolve root causes.

In addition to your technical skills, you have experience supporting immigration processes, collaborating with external immigration counsel and internal stakeholders to manage timelines, documentation, and employee communications. Your understanding of compliance management and benefits administration is crucial in this role, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all HR processes adhere to legal and organizational standards.

Desirable

Experience in a global organization is a plus, as you will be working with teams across multiple countries. Familiarity with various HR systems and tools will enhance your ability to drive special HR initiatives that improve accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience.

What you'll do

As an HR Operations Partner at Together AI, you will play a critical role in supporting and scaling our People Operations infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the maintenance and administration of our HRIS (HiBob), ensuring that data remains accurate, consistent, and reliable. You will manage employee lifecycle events, ensuring that each process is executed with precision and care.

You will partner closely with various departments, including Payroll, Finance, and IT, to ensure that our systems are integrated effectively. This collaboration will involve troubleshooting any discrepancies that arise and proactively addressing root causes to maintain smooth operations. You will also support HRIS audits and reporting, contributing to ongoing system improvements that enhance our HR capabilities.
