Overview

ConductorOne is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue and build relationships with enterprises. You'll own the entire sales cycle and collaborate with various teams to position ConductorOne as a strategic partner. This role requires strong sales skills and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, with a focus on building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers. Your ability to understand complex IT strategies and security priorities allows you to position solutions effectively. You thrive in collaborative settings, working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive engagement and satisfaction. You are energized by the challenge of landing new accounts and are adept at navigating the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Desirable

Experience in identity security or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven solutions. You are comfortable using data to inform your sales strategies and can articulate value propositions that resonate with technical stakeholders. Your professionalism and positivity shine through in every interaction, making you a trusted partner to clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to demos, RFPs, negotiation, and closing. You will craft and deliver compelling value propositions that clearly articulate how ConductorOne addresses real customer challenges. Building trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders will be key to your success. You will deeply understand each customer’s business, IT strategy, and security priorities to position ConductorOne as a strategic partner. Collaboration with our channel ecosystem, including VARs and strategic partners, will be essential as you co-sell and expand reach. You will also work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive pipeline and customer delight, ensuring that ConductorOne’s core values are represented in every interaction.
