Overview

InterSystems is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across the UK and Europe. You'll partner with hiring managers to enhance the candidate experience and implement effective sourcing strategies. This role requires 5+ years of recruitment experience.

You have over 5 years of recruitment experience in agency or corporate environments — you understand the nuances of sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles and experience levels. Your strong intellectual curiosity drives you to seek out diverse candidate pools and implement innovative sourcing strategies. You excel at building relationships and providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Your adaptability allows you to support recruitment efforts across various roles and regions — you thrive in environments where you can collaborate closely with hiring managers to conduct professional and inclusive interview processes. You are skilled at evaluating candidate skills and managing offer processes, including reference checks and salary negotiations. Your proactive approach to problem-solving enables you to provide valuable market insights that align recruitment priorities with business goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for InterSystems, focusing on quality and fairness throughout the hiring process. You will create and implement sourcing strategies to develop diverse candidate pools across the UK and Europe, ensuring that you attract top talent to the organization. Partnering with hiring managers, you will conduct professional and inclusive interview processes, ensuring preparedness and efficiency at every stage.
