You have over 5 years of recruitment experience in agency or corporate environments — you understand the nuances of sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles and experience levels. Your strong intellectual curiosity drives you to seek out diverse candidate pools and implement innovative sourcing strategies. You excel at building relationships and providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Your adaptability allows you to support recruitment efforts across various roles and regions — you thrive in environments where you can collaborate closely with hiring managers to conduct professional and inclusive interview processes. You are skilled at evaluating candidate skills and managing offer processes, including reference checks and salary negotiations.
