Overview

360Learning is seeking an Essential Implementation Manager to oversee the onboarding experiences for mid-market customers. You'll manage the implementation lifecycle and provide strategic advice on platform integration. This role requires strong project management and client engagement skills.

Who you are

You have a strong background in project management and client engagement, with experience in managing the implementation lifecycle from sales handover to platform launch. You understand the importance of delivering high-quality onboarding experiences and have a knack for blending technical setup with strategic advice. You are adept at working closely with clients to understand their objectives and design platform architecture that meets their needs. Your ability to guide technical setups, including data imports and user management, is complemented by your strategic insights on content organization and learner engagement.

You are committed to ensuring successful go-lives and high customer satisfaction, consistently delivering quality deployments. You have a keen eye for detail and are always looking for ways to capitalize on and improve internal processes. Your impact is measured through timely go-lives and the quality of each deployment you deliver, making you a crucial part of the Professional Services team.

Desirable

Experience in the e-learning or HR technology sectors would be a plus, as would familiarity with various learning management systems. You are comfortable navigating complex client ecosystems and can adapt your approach based on the unique needs of each customer. A background in training or instructional design could enhance your ability to provide strategic advice on learner engagement.

What you'll do

As the Essential Implementation Manager, you will manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to support. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and design their platform architecture accordingly. Your role will involve guiding technical setups, including data imports and user management, while providing strategic advice on content organization and learner engagement.

You will ensure successful go-lives by maintaining high customer satisfaction and delivering consistently high-quality deployments. Your responsibilities will include capitalizing on internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in onboarding new customers. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales and support teams, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Your impact will be measured through timely go-lives and customer satisfaction metrics, making your role critical to the success of the Professional Services team. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement within the implementation process and suggesting enhancements to internal workflows.
