Barista - Temporary

Who you are

You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for coffee, espresso, and tea preparation. Ideally, you have several years of barista experience and hands-on knowledge of espresso drinks and coffee flavor profiles. You understand basic customer service and food/beverage safety principles, and you are a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Your experience in food operations and culinary arts is a plus, as it complements your barista skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will set up, maintain, and clean workstations, ensuring safety and organization in the food service areas. You will handle customer orders and inquiries, providing excellent customer service to employees, customers, and visitors. Your daily tasks will include using equipment like manual espresso machines, drip brewers, and grinders to prepare high-quality beverages. You will also be responsible for maintaining food service spaces and ensuring that all areas are clean and well-organized. Your contributions will help create a welcoming atmosphere that boosts morale and productivity among SpaceX employees and guests.
