IN-Bill Payments team is looking for a customer-obsessed Marketing Manager to help drive one of the most exciting growth engines for Every-day use-cases at IN Payments. In this role, you will manage the marketing initiatives end to end – preparing end-to-end marketing plan, managing the display pages and driving initiatives for improving conversion based on customers’ feedback and data-backed experiments. The successful candidate for this high impact role should be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, have proven data analysis skills, demonstrate great content creation chops (i.e. strong writing skills), show strong ownership and commitment, have proven leadership experience in managing projects, and bring relevant insights in marketing and merchandising.

Key job responsibilities
• Drive partner marketing interventions with telco/ transit/codes & subscriptions teams to drive partner engagement and revenue growth
• Execute end to end go-to-market strategies for Bill Pay charter basis aligned Monthly plan
• Manage the marketing campaigns intake mechanisms and creative development process and ensure quality control standards
• Create and manage annual topical marketing calendar with the central team with minimum supervision.
• Independently drive category-level go-to-market strategies for Transit/Utilities ensuring strong positioning and seamless execution across key categories
• Drive marketing metrics reporting and optimization from impressions to Monthly Active Users (MAU)
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including category managers and creative teams
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising- Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools, SQL, Photoshop/Canva.
