Overview

HelloFresh is seeking a Learning Business Partner to lead and develop on-site learning initiatives at their Factor EU site. You'll work closely with leadership to identify skill gaps and deliver impactful training programs. This role requires strong collaboration and a hands-on mindset.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in leading learning initiatives and developing training programs that enhance workforce capabilities. Your experience includes collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and implement effective training solutions. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to leverage data-driven insights to optimize learning strategies. You are adept at building relationships with key stakeholders and training providers, ensuring that learning initiatives align with operational goals. You are committed to compliance with safety standards and operational procedures, embodying the values of HelloFresh in your work. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Learning Coordinators across multiple shifts, ensuring that training KPIs and quality standards are consistently met. You will design, implement, and continuously improve on-site learning programs, including onboarding, role-specific training, and leadership development. Collaborating closely with site leadership and department heads, you will identify training needs and align learning initiatives with operational goals. You will monitor training effectiveness, track attendance, and maintain accurate training records, using data insights to enhance learning strategies. As the main point of contact for Operations Learning, you will build strong internal and external relationships, contributing to a high-performing and compliant operations team. You will also play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that the learning programs evolve to meet the changing needs of the organization.
